Why we made this

A vast amount of data piles up every day, but finding the key issues by opening tickets one by one took a lot of time and effort. In particular, when the same issue was scattered across many tickets, it was difficult to grasp it comprehensively.

Deskroom automated this process with AI. The [Summary] feature analyzes the content of your data and shows which issues recur. It also provides the detailed evidence behind each summary, so you can understand the overall issues along with their supporting basis.

In addition, clicking each item takes you straight to the details. You can quickly confirm the key points through the summary, and immediately continue to the details whenever needed.

Use cases

When you want to check customer reactions after running an event

  • Filter the tickets created after running an event and click [Summary] to see in real time how customers are reacting.
  • Quickly identify and improve issues that arise during event operations, such as "delayed gift shipping" or "discount code errors."

When you want to find common themes within tickets that carry negative sentiment

  • Filter only the tickets classified as negative customer sentiment and click [Summary] to see the main causes of customer complaints in summarized form.
  • Quickly identify the key themes behind negative experiences, such as "delivery delays" or "defective products," so you can focus on the issues that should be resolved first.

How to use

In the [Analysis] tab, select the inquiry data you want to review. Use filters to set conditions such as period, channel, and properties.

Click the [Summary] button in the top-right menu. The AI automatically summarizes the key topics, and clicking an item takes you to the related, detailed tickets.
