Community Search Keyword Settings

Deskroom is expanding its community monitoring capabilities.
When you register the keywords you want directly, posts and comments containing the registered keywords are collected and analyzed. Now you can quickly check mentions of your brand and competitors with a single keyword entry.
Why we made this
Understanding how a brand is mentioned in communities is important, but searching and monitoring across countless posts by hand is not easy. In particular, comparing against competitor products or checking the popularity of a specific keyword required repetitive, inconvenient searches.
Deskroom has automated this process.
When you set the keywords you want directly, Deskroom automatically collects and shows posts and comments containing those keywords. This lets you grasp at a glance how your products are being mentioned and how competitor products are being perceived.
You can apply this directly to brand reputation management and marketing strategy.
Example use cases
When you want to monitor your brand in real time
- You can check, in real time, posts and comments mentioning your products across various communities such as Instagram, Naver Cafe, and blogs.
- You can use the positive parts of customers' candid reviews as marketing messages and quickly monitor and improve on complaints.
When you want to check the awareness and mention volume of competitor products
- When you register a competitor's brand name and keywords, you can monitor how much they are mentioned within communities.
- If competitor mentions spike at a particular time, you can identify any connection to marketing activities or issues. Posts and comments containing the registered keywords are automatically collected so you can easily check them in the list.
