Update: Export, Batch Apply, and Auto Sync

This update adds four features.
You can now include attached images when exporting to Excel. Along with including attached images in Excel exports, the number of instances available for AI testing has been expanded from 10 to 50. Upstream sync with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and more has also been automated, so you no longer need to press the button manually every time.
Why we made this
Just as important as collecting and analyzing data is the process of quickly sharing the results inside and outside the team and applying them to operations. This update focuses on reducing manual work across the entire data operations process—export, testing, applying, and sync—so that managers can focus on more important decisions.
In particular, in environments where properties change frequently, it eliminates the hassle of forgetting to sync or having to come in and press the button every time.
Excel Export
When sharing data with other departments, you often need to deliver the attached images as well. Now, if you check the image embedding option when exporting to Excel, the images are included as-is in the "Attachments" column of the downloaded file.
When sharing data with other departments, not all columns are needed in many cases. You can leave out unnecessary information and include the images you need before delivering.
The features added this time are as follows.
- Column-select export: You can select only the columns you need when exporting. The recipient doesn't have to filter out unnecessary information.
- Image embedding option: You can choose whether to include images. If you check it, the images are included as-is in the "Attachments" column. If you don't, it works the same as before.
With a single Excel file, you can deliver the data and images you need cleanly.
Expanded Test Scope and Batch Apply of Results
After modifying AI analysis logic, you need to be able to verify it sufficiently and apply it right away. This update widens the testable scope and simplifies the apply process.
The features added this time are as follows.
- Support for 50 test instances: Expanded from the previous 10 to 50. You can verify a variety of cases at once.
- Batch apply of test results: You can apply test results directly to instance property values. No need for case-by-case manual application.
You can handle logic modification, verification, and application seamlessly within a single flow.
Daily Auto Sync of Property Values
To link property values from Salesforce or Google Sheets into Deskroom, you previously had to click the sync button manually every time. If you forgot even for a single day, the latest data would not be reflected.
Now an auto sync feature is here. If you turn on auto sync, it runs automatically every early morning. The features added this time are as follows.
- Auto sync ON/OFF per property: Properties in the ON state are synced automatically every early morning.
- Manual sync still available: Even with auto sync turned on, you can still use the manual button. You can apply changes right away when in a hurry.
- Sync history distinction: The last sync time is displayed along with whether it was "automatic" or "manual."
Without having to log in to Deskroom just to sync, you can focus on decision-making in an environment where the latest property values are reflected automatically every day.
With this release, you can share only the data you need, apply your analysis logic right after verification, and let sync run on its own. Instead of repetitive manual work, focus on the decisions that matter more.
