Deskroom now supports internal database integration.

Customer inquiry data alone is often not enough. You need to look at who the customer who raised the complaint is, through which channel they came in, and what products they purchased—only then can you accurately understand the cause of the VOC and connect it to real business decisions.

Now, in Deskroom, you can connect customer inquiries with internal business data to turn them from simple feedback into meaningful insights.

Why we made this

To connect CX metrics with business decisions, it is important to combine them with the various business data accumulated internally.

For example, when a VOC saying "the price is too high" comes in,

  • which customer segment it mainly occurred in,
  • what the inflow channel was,
  • and what the average order value was—if you can know these, it turns from simple feedback into concrete insight.

Now, by integrating your internal DB in Deskroom, you can make business decisions based on the customer experience.
