Shared Organization Memory

Shared Organization Memory

In this update, shared organization memory has been added.

Teach the agent your organization's background, policies, and constraints in a shared conversation, and other conversations in the same organization carry that context forward. What accumulates can be reviewed and curated on a dedicated screen.

Why it matters

The more people in an organization use the agent, the more often the same background and policies get explained again in every conversation. When explanations differ slightly from person to person, answers to the same question drift, and the repeated explaining keeps costing time.

This update closes that gap, so context shared across the organization can be taught once and carried into later conversations as is.

Storing and referring to memory

In a shared conversation, facts, decisions, policies, and constraints can be remembered along with their source.

  • Explicit saving: Context you ask the agent to remember is stored as organization memory, and asking it to forget removes it from later answers immediately.
  • Automatic accumulation: The agent picks out context worth reusing from the conversation and reconciles it with existing memory.
  • Organization boundary: Memory from other organizations and context from personal conversations never mix into shared conversations.

You can now carry premises like "the settlement date is the last business day of each month" or "return inquiries are answered by the day after intake" without explaining them every time.

Memory management screen

Review and adjust accumulated organization memory on one screen.

  • List view: See each memory's content, source, and creation time together.
  • Direct entry: Register context you need without going through a conversation.
  • Permission-based curation: Editing, deactivating, deleting, and viewing inactive memory are open only to members with management permission.

You can now clear out stale premises and keep only the context you need, so what the agent refers to stays trustworthy.

Try it from the Deskroom sidebar > Agent. The time you spent re-explaining the same background can go into reading the data and making a call.
