Personal Memory as Documents
![]()
In this update, personal memory is organized into documents by topic.
What the agent remembers from your conversations is grouped into one document per subject, so you can see what has been stored and edit or delete it yourself.
Why it matters
When remembered facts pile up one line at a time, it is hard to see what has been stored. Notes about the same subject end up scattered, and a memory that was captured incorrectly only surfaces when you happen to run into it mid-conversation.
This update closes that gap, so you can review everything in one place and correct it.
Memory that builds up as documents
What the agent remembers is now collected into one document per subject rather than loose entries.
- Topic groups: The list is grouped into Me, Topics, Ongoing work, and People.
- One document per subject: Notes about the same subject are gathered together with a name and a summary.
- Automatic tidying: When a conversation ends, overlapping or conflicting notes are reconciled and the summary is regenerated.
You can now understand what has been remembered just by scanning the list.
Memory you edit directly
Open a document from the list and edit it as it is.
- Body editing: Open a document, write and delete freely, and the summary updates when you save.
- Adding and removing: Create a new memory from the screen, and delete documents you no longer need.
- Editing by conversation: Ask the agent to change something and the matching document is updated.
You no longer have to wait until you stumble on a wrong memory. You can check and correct it whenever you want.
Try it from the Deskroom sidebar > Agent settings > Memory. The time you spent working out what the agent remembers can go into the analysis you actually want from it.
