Type Filter

Deskroom now supports a type filter feature. Pick only the support types you want to look at and analyze them faster.

Why we made this

When analyzing support data, there are many moments when you want to look at only a specific support type. But narrowing it down used to require organizing it separately in Excel or doing complex SQL work.

Deskroom believed you should be able to extract the data you need clearly with just a simple click.

How it works
