Memory That Carries Your Context
![]()
This update adds personal memory.
Context built up in a personal conversation carries into your other personal conversations in the same organization, and support requests get a title generated from the details you wrote.
Why we need this
The more personal conversations you have with the agent, the more often you explain your own situation and preferences from scratch at the start of each one. When that context is left out, answers stay generic, and restating the same premises keeps taking time.
This update closes that gap so the context you give once carries into later conversations as is.
Personal memory capture and reference
Facts, preferences, and constraints that keep coming up in your personal conversations accumulate as personal memory and carry into your other personal conversations in the same organization.
- Request handling: Ask the agent to remember something and it is stored; ask it to forget and it drops out of later answers.
- Direct control: What has accumulated can be reviewed at any time and edited, deactivated, or deleted.
- Scope separation: Personal conversations draw on both personal and organization memory, while shared conversations never use personal memory.
You can now skip restating your own scope of work and the criteria you rely on, and open with the actual question instead.
Request intake with automatic titles
When you describe the situation in a support request body, a title is generated from what you wrote.
- Automatic titles: A title is built from the content of your request, so there is no separate title to decide on.
- Check before sending: The generated title appears in the preview as it is, so you can see the name your request will carry before you send it.
- No gaps at submission: If you send before the title is ready, it is finalized on the spot, and if none is generated, the request type you selected becomes the title.
Now you can focus on describing the situation instead of working out a title.
You can try it right away from Deskroom sidebar > Agent. The time you spent re-explaining your own situation can go into reading the data and making decisions.
