Why we made this

We wanted to save you that time. And if you are using several solutions alongside Zendesk, we believed that scattered data should be brought together into one place where you can see it at a glance.
How it works
Just log in to Zendesk and issue an API Key.
- Enter the key you issued on the integration page, and
- Deskroom automatically pulls in your ticket data and begins analysis.
- It automatically analyzes and provides the metrics essential for decision-making, such as inbound status, VOC, and support quality.
Leave the repetitive, manual Excel work to us. Just look at the analyzed metrics and focus on the more important decisions.
